Cosmetic Maintenance Work related to Cleaning of toilets-27, wash basins-36, Urinals-29, Bathrooms-4, cleaning and mopping of floors, staircases, walls, roofs, windows, doors in the Office rooms etc. HWPT site & Admin Building offices in an approx. area of 10087 Sq. mtr. per day and to a total area of 2884882 Sq. mtr./ year (all working days.) as per schedule of quantities and accepted rates of NIT
